So here’s my portrait of Channie.
This is probably the most fun I’ve had while drawing something in a minute. Her hair was very fluid which I enjoyed greatly. This took me a combined total of about 14 hours or so?? I really took my time with the hair on this one because I wanted certain pieces to wrap around certain areas. I love her face so drawing this was amazinggg. This is actually the second time I did draw her. First time was a quick 30 sketch at her job so I do prefer this one.
My sculpture from last semester is now on display.
So here it is! My drawing final. I’m super proud of how this turned out.

I meant to post this over the weekend.
I had to go back and edit the hair because I noticed that the shade of black that I used was off by quite a bit. I almost messed around with her nose and background a bit more too.
Painted in Adobe Photoshop CS6. Took more time than I wanted it to take but I say it was worth it. I’m pretty happy with how this came out.
Back to the basics with this graphite drawing on stained, handmade, light tan paper.
